Financial assistance to Mushfig Guliyev, the pianist, graduate of the Yosef Haydn Conservatory (Austria) and the National Academy of Arts (Bratislava, Slovakia), winner of international competitions, the first Azerbaijanian who entered the National Academy of Santa Cecilia (Rome, Italy).
